Lincoln Square

Since we launched Lincoln  Square, we’ve had an  overwhelming response, with  demand growing daily. It’s no surprise  as this landmark development  demonstrates true value to today’s  buyer and is reshaping the face of  downtown Beamsville. This build  delivers new meaning to the word community, with all homes  built within walking distance from quaint shops, restaurants  and grocery stores in downtown. Just moments away, the  historic Jacob Beam public school, so close children could  simply walk home for lunch. Weekends can be spent ice  skating at the new 46,000 sq ft community centre built at
the entrance of Lincoln Square which will feature a NHL  sized ice rink and a brand new public library. Spend time  relaxing in the 2 public parks while feeding the ducks at the
sanctuary pond, dotted with natural landscaping. A bit of  a foodie? Well you are in the perfect location to spend the  day visiting local wineries and vineyard restaurants. Hop on
your bicycle and tour the “bench” which occupies a narrow  strip of land with vineyards clinging to its slopes, running  through Beamsville and along the Niagara Escarpment. It’s
not all play and no work at Lincoln Square, the development  is ideally situated with access to the QEW and commuter  routes within minutes of your front door. Meaning travel to  the GTA or Niagara border is easily accessible.

Lincoln Square Streetscape

President of Homes by DeSantis, Gabriel DeSantis had this to say about the development; “Home buyers of Lincoln Square can live, work and play in an economically vibrant community that emphasizes sustainable development, public space, and a higher quality of life.” These sort of unparalleled features are what have made Lincoln Square the choice of buyers looking for incredible value and a safe vibrant community to raise a family or relax and retire.

The cost of a home continues to climb in the surrounding regions, for instance Grimsby prices have increased in some regions by almost 35%. Beamsville remains affordable with select freehold townhome units still available for $264,900 and detached homes starting at only $324,900. Since phase one sold so quickly we had released the final phase of townhomes in June, the momentum did not slow. With both the first and final release of townhomes available for sale we have reached 60% sold for the entire development. Construction of the community is underway and homebuyers can see their future neighbourhood beginning to take shape.
